Holiday in Leutasch with the whole family
The spacious holiday apartment for up to 6 people was built in 2019. A few steps take you to the apartment on the first floor.
It is a mixture of traditional architecture, stone elements and contemporary design. The apartment has three bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a living/dining room with kitchen facing south-west. So you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Leutasch mountains.
And if you’d rather spend the day in the surrounding area, Seefeld is about a ten-minute drive away, as are interesting tourist destinations like Innsbruck and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Whether you’re pursuing leisure activities like hiking, biking, or mountaineering in the summer, or taking advantage of the approximately 250 km of cross-country ski trails in the Leutasch Valley in the winter, it’s all possible.

The three modernly furnished bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large living-dining area with a high-quality kitchen extend over a total of 139 m2. A storage room with all necessary accessories is also included.
A large bicycle and ski cellar round off the offer.
Free use of the cross-country ski trail for our guests!
As a small highlight, there is an infrared sauna for up to 4 people.
Bedroom
Three bedrooms (3 with double beds) are located on the ground floor and are equipped with a 43″ smart TV, satellite reception, and USB charging ports. A cot is available in the room and is provided free of charge.
Bathroom
A bathroom (approx. 10 sqm) with shower, corner bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, and makeup mirror. Also a washing machine and dryer.
Kitchen
The bright kitchen is well equipped with a fridge incl. freezer unit, dishwasher, microwave, electric/gas combination stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle and sufficient crockery for up to 6 people.
Living area
You and your loved ones can make yourself really comfortable in the spacious living area. Here you will find a large living area for up to 6 people, a 55″ smart TV with soundbar. There is also a bar area towards the kitchen and a glass-panelled open fireplace. The dining area has a large table with six chairs; a high chair is available.
Terrace
On the small covered terrace in front of the living area there is a table and 6 comfortable chairs.

After your booking you will receive a booking confirmation to the email address you provided.

Rental Conditions
The earliest check-in is at 4.00 pm until 8.00 pm on the day of arrival. The latest check-out is at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Earlier arrival and later departure will not be possible.
1.1 Registration of guests
According to Austrian law, the guest is obliged to provide the landlord/host of the vacation apartment with official identification documents containing personal data for tourist registration purposes at the national tourist office (Seefeld Tourist Office). This data will not be used for any other purpose. A guest who does not provide the personal identification required by law for tourist registration may be denied access to the accommodation without the possibility of a refund of the rent paid.

Cancellation
If the guest wants to cancel the booking that has been made by him, then this must be done in writing (by email).
A change is understood to mean a change in the number of people, the start or end date of the use of the service no later than 60 days before the start of the use of the service. The first booking change will be made free of charge, provided it does not incur any additional costs. For each further change to the booking (change in the number of persons, the date of arrival and/or departure, the accommodation or other services), a change fee of EUR 15 must be paid.
In the event that a change to the booking is not possible and the guest therefore cancels an already confirmed booking, the cancellation conditions listed below apply. A change of accommodation and any change made within 60 days prior to arrival or during the stay is considered cancellation.
In the event of termination, the date of receipt of the written notice of termination forms the basis for calculating the termination costs, according to the following gradation:
- for cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the customer pays 0% of the accommodation price
- for a cancellation between 29 and 14 days before arrival, the customer pays 50% of the accommodation price.
- for a cancellation made between 14 and 0 days before arrival, or in the event that the guest does not report to the resort or cancels the stay after its agreed commencement, the guest shall pay 90% of the total accommodation price.
If the guest has not arrived at the booked accommodation by midnight on the day of commencement of use without consulting the landlord, the booking will be deemed cancelled. The costs of termination will be calculated as described above.
